BANK CEO DEFRAUDS MORE THAN 5 MILLION FROM MINDEN BANK by Sandy Conners An elderly bank CEO won’t have to do jail time despite defrauding more than 5.7 million dollars from the bank. A U.S District Court judge in Omaha today sentenced 80 year old Ray Van Norman to five years supervised release and ordered him to make full restitution. MISSING FAMILY FOUND The mom and dad of a Nebraska family missing for more than two weeks have turned themselves in. Knox County Sheriff Jim Janecek said he met with Matthew and Rowena Schade and their children today. Matthew Schade was arrested on an Antelope County warrant for probation violation.
